Refunds and Returns Policy
Think Tank Prints is a print-on-demand store, which means every product is uniquely made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders where the wrong size or color was selected, or if you simply changed your mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund at your choice. You do not need to return the damaged item.
What Is Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds or reprints for: incorrect size or color ordered by the customer, change of mind after the order is placed, or minor print placement variations within 0.5 inch (industry standard tolerance for direct-to-garment products).
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a package is undeliverable and returned, we can offer either a reprint with a re-shipping charge or a partial refund.
How to Request a Refund or Reprint
Email us at support@thinktankprints.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
