1. About Think Tank Prints
Think Tank Prints (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides original artwork and print-on-demand products including, but not limited to, canvas prints, posters, framed artwork, mugs, apparel, home décor, and related merchandise.
2. Eligibility

You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
3. Product Information
We strive to display product images, colors, descriptions, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However:
Colors may vary due to differences in monitor and mobile device displays.
Slight variations in printing, placement, and finishing are normal with print-on-demand manufacturing.
Product dimensions may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances.
These variations do not constitute defects.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to:
Correct pricing errors.
Change prices without prior notice.
Cancel orders affected by pricing or technical errors.
If an order is canceled due to an error, you will receive a full refund.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order.
Limit quantities purchased.
Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions.
Verify billing information before processing.
Once production has begun, orders generally cannot be canceled or modified.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
We accept payment methods displayed during checkout. Orders will not begin production until payment has been successfully authorized.
7. Print-on-Demand Production
Most products are manufactured after your order is placed.
Production typically begins shortly after payment is received. Because each item is made specifically for you, production cannot usually be stopped once it has started.
Estimated production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
8. Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on product type, destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, and seasonal demand.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Weather
Natural disasters
Labor disruptions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
9. Returns & Refunds

Generally:
Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded.
Incorrect items shipped by us will be replaced at no additional cost.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned simply because of buyer preference.
Minor color differences between screen displays and printed products are not considered defects.
Claims for damaged products should be submitted promptly after delivery and include photographs whenever possible.
10. Intellectual Property
All artwork, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, text, videos, branding, and website content are the exclusive property of Think Tank Prints or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any copyright or trademark.

Attempt to interfere with website security.
Upload malicious software.
Copy or scrape website content.
